How We Build
For our current projects with Baufritz and Meisterstück-HAUS, all house components are manufactured off-site in Germany to the highest standards. These prefabricated elements are then transported to the UK and delivered directly to the site.

What We Do On-Site
It all starts with slab (foundation) preparation and setup. We install the sealing floor membrane and mark the lines where the wall elements will be placed, ensuring precise alignment. The base is then levelled to create a stable foundation for the walls.

The next step is the house shell assembly. Using a crane, we lift each house component into place with precision. Our skilled team then connects and secures all elements together, ensuring structural integrity, airtightness, and a flawless finish.

Assembly Sequence
Ground floor walls are installed -> ceiling elements, stairs, and any necessary posts or beams are lifted into place ->First-floor walls and upper walls are assembled, along with load-bearing posts or beams -> Roof elements are installed, completing the shell of the house. Typically, the house shell construction takes 3–5 days after which the house becomes watertight.

Additional Work We Carry Out

We install roof flashing, guttering, downpipes, and roof tiling or membranes. We also assemble external stairs, balconies, and terraces if needed. Inside, we conduct air pressure tests, install ventilation systems, prepare for decoration by adding suspended ceiling frameworks, and close bathroom walls and ceilings with boards after service installations. Additionally, we handle other essential fit-out tasks to prepare the house for final finishing.
